Can Trabal is a 1840 Catalan farmhouse in the center of the Alt Penedés region surrounded by a natural park, with a captivating Mediterranean landscape of vineyards and mountains.
Located in Olèrdola just 7 min. from Vilafranca del Penedés, 15 min from Sitges, 25 km from Barcelona airport.
This house has a useful area of 900m2 and 2000m2 of exterior. The rooms are distributed in 4 levels: It has a full kitchen with breakfast table, a separate main dining room, living room with original fireplace, reading room and attic for recreational use that has a billiards, a target and board games.
On the ground floor, we find the cellar with a tasting room traditionally set with a wine aging room.
It has a capacity for 24 people: a presidential suite, 8 double rooms and a loft with bunk beds with capacity for 10 people. It has 5 full bathrooms and 2 toilets.
In the outdoor areas you will find a diversity of spaces highlighting a large beach-type pool with hydromassage with a waterfall, chill-out hammock area and jacuzzi. It also has an outdoor dining room, a barbecue and a large porch with armchairs.
It is located at a strategic point where you can visit its wineries dedicated to artisanal elaboration, stroll along the coastal areas of the Garraf or horseback riding through the mountains. Also noteworthy is its proximity to the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona, ideal for organizing visits to these cities.
