Very nice holiday villa for a maximum of 6 people, in Denia - Las Rotas, with private pool and wonderful sea viewsThe Doble Diez house consists of 2 independent floors connected via an external staircase. The property is located on the hill above the famous Las Rotas beach, on a winding road, and offers a fantastic 270º view of the sea, the bay and the castle of Denia, the harbor and the mountains. Various terraces invite you to relax, swim and grill. The interior is tasteful and comfortable, the whole house gives a cozy and Mediterranean impression. In the entrance area of the property there is a wonderful, covered terrace with a large dining area, grill, outdoor kitchen and sofa, which offers an impressive view of the entire surrounding area and the sea. On the other side of the house is the private pool surrounded by a wooden deck and sun loungers. The center of Denia, supermarkets and various shops are about 10 minutes away by car. It is also only a 5-minute drive to the stone beach Las Rotas and the beautiful promenade with several well-known restaurants.
