The apartment is located 800m from the beach, on top of a hill. The apartment has integrated air conditioning and the urbanization has two community pools.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.

We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.
