The place has a great terrace with an unspoilt, amazing view (with 100% privacy).BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 12 people distributed in 5 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC

Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed with AC

Bedroom 4: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC

Bedroom 5: 1 Double bed with AC

*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*

All rooms are equipped with ventilation system for winter and storage space.

The apartment is exterior, quiet, and bright. It is located on the third floor of the building (with elevator). Please note the elevator will take you until the 3rd floor. You will have to take some stairs from there to the penthouse, because the elevator doesn't arrive exactly in front of the door.THE NEIGHBORHOOD:The Eixample district not only is the most iconic in Barcelona, it’s also the most diverse in terms of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The gridlike layout is the symbol of the sunny and modern Barcelona we know today. The whole area is set out in a grid with each block having an inner courtyard. This means that it is hard to get lost in Eixample, and moreover, easy to find places.

Nowadays Eixample is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. The Eixample is one of the most dynamic and comfortable areas to live in Barcelona, mainly because there’s always a restaurant, shop, supermarket or bar at walking distance.
