Amazing and unique 1 bedroom apartment in Barcelona in one of the best locations, in Diagonal Avenue, right next to Francesc Macià Square. This sunny apartment of 90m2 features one double bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and bright living-dining room where you will be able to enjoy of all the comfort after a busy day of sightseeing around Barcelona.
In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. There is a washing machine in the unit, together with iron and ironing board. The apartment is equipped with the system of heating and Air Conditioning, High speed internet is at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The apartment is located on the principal floor of a residential building, there is an elevator. There is a concierge (working hours).
You will find the best boutiques and restaurants in the area, and you will also access easily to the city center of Barcelona. There is a big shopping center just across the road where you can find a supermarket.

- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€
