With all services nearby: pharmacies, market, supermarkets, greengrocers ... Bus stop at the foot of the building as well as taxi rank. Spacious and bright, with great views of the city and close to the beach of Las Canteras. 6 single beds divided into three independent rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room with sofa.

House's rules:
-Smoking is not allowed.
- Ask if you come with children.
-The visits are not allowed.
-It is not allowed to exceed the contracted capacity.
-No parties are allowed, neighbors tell us.
- The DNI of all guests will be requested, in accordance with current legislation.

Check out;
The apartment should be swept, scrubbed and free of sand. The toilet and bathroom must be clean. The kitchen should be collected, without grease and the crockery. They should not leave open food in the fridge or outside it (we do not use it). Do not leave garbage and wet towels lying.
We do not want an exhaustive cleaning, but if guests keep it clean and collected.

In case of not following the rules, the deposit will be used.
