This brand new flat in the center of Barcelona (Eixample dret), is
located on a quiet pedestrian street, an oasis of tranquility just a
short walk to Gaudí's Sagrada Familia temple and L'Arc de Triomf and
less than 15 minutes walk to La Rambla and all the historical sites of
Barcelona.

The city is at hand for you, when staying at the Neo. There are two
metro stops available for your convenience, at only 5 minutes walk from
the apartment, Marina (L1) or Monumental (L2)

Wandering around. The Neighbourhood

Our Neo apartment is located in the right side of the Eixample, the
older part and therefore the one with more of the impressive
architecture. The amazing temple of Sagrada Familia,is located here and
it is less than a 8 minute walk from our Neo, but really there is not a
huge difference between the two sides of the Eixample.

It is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a
vibrant nightlife and a thriving café culture. Eixample is a beautiful
barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and
people-watch from one of the many terrace cafes. However the area is
very central and most other parts of the city are within walking
distance.

You cannot miss to visit in the area: "Els Encants" flea market. It is
located in Barcelona's Plaça de les Glòries. Known as Els Encants or
"Mercat Fira de Bellcaire", the flea market is Barcelona's biggest and
most popular. The market has been held here since the 14th Century,
making it one of Europe's oldest, and a symbol of Barcelona's unique
mercantile spirit.
