Located within a well established and well maintained community, the property is 100 meters from the beach. The house is divided between two floors with three bedrooms on the first floor (two doubles and a single). On the ground floor is the living room with a door leading to the terrace, in the shade. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen and toilet.

The house is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars and community wifi is available within the property.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.
