Beautiful house located in one of the best and quietest areas of Lloret de Mar. Spectacular view of the sea and the Mediterranean forest.

House of two plants. On the top floor four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three rooms have a small balcony overlooking the sea. One of the bedrooms is a suite with private bathroom.

On the ground floor of the house we find a beautiful and spacious living room with fireplace and modern style kitchen and a toilet. On this same floor outside is the pool and a pergola with barbecue.

You can park without problem on the street next to the house.

MANDATORY FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
-Tourist tax (MANDATORY PAYMENT): €2 per person per day for people over 16 years of age. This must be paid directly to the owner on the day of arrival.
OPTIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
- Central heating by radiators €120/week (OPTIONAL)
- Air conditioning in the rooms €120/week (night hours of 23:00 to 06:00 (OPTIONAL)

-Entrance from 3:00 p.m.
-Departure before 10:00 am
