Villa recently renovated (June 2016) in Moraira, just 350 m from the village and 800 metres from the beach. With a plot of 1000 m2. Pool. Parking for 2-3 cars.

The House consists of

terrace,
wide living - dining room with fireplace,
separate kitchen,
2 shower-rooms (one en-suite) and
3 double bedrooms.
Air conditioning (hot and cold) in 2 bedrooms and lounge. Internet Wifi.


Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in outside terraces.

PRICE LIST
The prices are for the villa per week and include bed linen and towels (not beach towels) and final cleaning.

Easter, Christmas and New Year, supplement of 100 €.

Arrival and departure day is on a Saturday.

The prices in low season (November to March) are for a maximum of 4 people. Each additional person has a charge of 25 €/week.

EXTRAS (optional):

Sofa-bed (7th-8th person), 100 €/week.

Baby cot including bedding, 25 €

High chair, 25 €

Internet Wi-Fi. June to end of September included. Other period, 25 €

PAYMENT

30% deposit payment on booking with full balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival. Refundable security bond of 200 €.
