The garden which is approximately 0.3 of an acre has no open outlook, the south orientated swimming pool is 29ft long and 14ft wide. Accommodation capacity is for 8 people.

There are 4 double bedrooms (3 have sea views and en suite bathrooms) all equipped with big closets, a large daylight streamed sitting room with an open fireplace and sea view, equipped with a 43” TV set, a dining room with balcony, toilets, fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine), a wash house and a pantry.

All the rooms in the house have wonderful sea views except for one bedroom. All windows have mosquito screens and fans. Character features include great ceiling heights and exposed wooden beams under the garden porch, in the sitting and dining rooms.

The large terrace with a lounge area has a roof and is just a few steps away from the pool. There is a table with chairs for lovely outside meals and 6 sunbeds. In the garden you will find a gas barbecue, night lights and an egg shaped hanging chair.

The villa is situated in a very quiet street with no traffic. Price includes bed sheets, bathroom towels, a housecleaner before arrival and after departure, and a garden and pool upkeeping.
