Silent house in old Arab courtyard in the historical center of Vejer. Converted 20 years ago into a comfortable home on two floors, with bathroom, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the old town and the lagoon of La Janda, with the largest concentrations of migratory birds in Europe It was an oil mill during the Nasrid reign. The restoration of the property was made with Moroccan wood and clay materials, following the guidelines set by the Department of Culture of the Junta de Andalucía. There are archaeological remains in the courtyard that can be located between the 10th and 11th centuries. In one of the bedrooms there are six earthenware jars inserted in the ground where the oil from this mill was stored.
