Val de Ruda Luxe 38 is part of the newly built residential complex known as 'Urbanizacion Ruda', located at the foot of the ski runs at 1,500 meters elevation mark in Baqueira ski resort. The holiday apartment is located in a typical Aranese building, built in the traditional way, with stone, wood and slate.

In the inside, we find a modern and bright apartment, decorated in pale colours, with wooden floors and ceilings and fitted with top quality equipments.

Val de Ruda Luxe 38 offers a spacious open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two fully fitted bathrooms. The sitting area has two comfortable sofas, a beautiful fireplace and an impressive TV set Smart TV. Next to the large windows we find a rustic dining table and chairs where you"ll be able to enjoy unforgettable evenings during your holidays. The modern kitchenette is equipped with top quality electric appliances and complete kitchenware.

The two bedrooms at Val de Ruda 38 keep the same style as the rest of the apartment. The main bedroom offers two single beds together, flat screen TV set and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, while the second bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle.

The apartment Val de Ruda 38 also offers two parking spaces and a heated ski equipment locker within the same building (both included in the price). The apartment Val de Ruda Luxe 38 is right beside the gondola exit, making ski run access unsurpassable. From the apartment a lift takes you to the garage where we find the heated ski equipment locker and from there, there is another lift leading directly to the new gondola.
