It has two master suites with its bathroom and three more double rooms with a third bathroom. It has a spacious kitchen-dining room and a living room with views of Passeig de Gracia and the world famous 'Manzana de la discordia'.

The neighbourhood

Passeig de Gracia is a real treasure for its reknown Catalan art nouvau buildings made by famous Modernist arquitects : "Casa Lleó Morera" by Lluís Domènech i Montaner, "Casa Mulleras" by Enric Sagnier, "Casa Bonet" by Marcel·lià Coquillat, "Casa Amatller" by Josep Puig i Cadafalch and finally the awasome "Casa Batlló" by Antoni Gaudí.

Passeig de Gracia is also the most famous avenue in Barcelona with glamorous restaurants and wonderful exclusive shops: Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Chanel, among others. At the same, in the area you will find all the attractives spots of a friendly neighbourhood: a traditional market, supermarkets, small old shops, modern gyms and charming cafés.

Staying in the centre of Barcelona means that you can easily reach the main places of interest. Moreover, just a few steps from the house you have a metro and railway station, a stop for several buses and a taxi rank. And if you rent a car there is a car park just outside the building.

Ours is a majestic building were some members of our family stil live and we do our best to have a quiet and respectful atmosphere. The building has doorman and safety service by night.
