The villa is located in the countryside a short distance from the road. It is a house with a beautiful pool and shaded terraces to enjoy eating outdoors. There is also a summer kitchen on the terrace. All with fantastic views. The house is well equipped and furnished to an excellent standard.
Please note that there are 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms and a second lounge in the adjoining apartment. Please note that there is a separate entrance to the attached apartment, about 10 meters from the front door.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

1 pet can be admitted, but only after consultation and an additional cost must be paid.

All our villas are located in a wonderful natural environment and in quiet areas of the village. That is why these houses are ideal for vacations by families and groups who seek these characteristics and appreciate them. Therefore please note that the villas are not suitable and are not available for loud parties.

Torre del Mar is the closest beach and is a 30-minute drive away. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.

Pedregalejo, 5km west of the center of Malaga, is another beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.

Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Mediterranean is 1 hour away and a lovely drive through.

The town of Comares, the prettiest white town in the Axarquia is beautiful. It is 5 minutes away by car and has bars, banks, shops, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy and doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small village of Los Ventorros, which is a 5-minute walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is an hour's drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is ideal for visiting other parts of Andalusia, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of ​​southern Spain has the best climate in Europe with good temperatures throughout the year.
The pool is open all year.
The heating of the pool is available from April 1 to November 15 for a supplement of 190 euros per week. (It must be requested at least 1 week before arrival).

You must pay a refundable deposit of €500 on arrival, which we ask you to pay by credit card. You will be refunded within 7 days after your departure. This cannot be done on the day of your departure, as many clients leave the houses/apartments on the same day. Make sure our office or your carer has your bank details to return the deposit.
Pet cost: €50 per pet.

Cost of air conditioning: 30 euros per week is in place for your arrival, after that you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature set. Please note that air conditioning is only available in rooms.


For long-term rentals (more than 28 days), you pay electricity at €0.35/kw.
