You and your family will now be covered in the event that someone in your party contracts Covid-19 during your stay in Andalucia. The free insurance provided by the Junta de Andalucia in the case of infection with COVID 19 is applicable when you are staying in one of our legally regulated properties. The insurance is equipped to cover additional accommodation expenses, medical costs and repatriation back to your home country should you become infected whilst in our area. It is not necessary to contract the insurance, if you meet all the requirements, you are automatically covered . More information can be provided by request.

A townhouse located in Residencial Fuentemar, Vera Playa, 450m from the beach. The townhouse contains two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, a living / dining room, the open kitchen, terrace and private solarium. It is located in a very nice urbanization with communal gardens and swimming pools. There are restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance in the area and there is the promenade to walk to Garrucha in 20 minutes or so.
