Meet our charming detached villa, located just 15 minutes from Palma. It can accommodate up to 12 people and has a large swimming pool, free WIFI, AC and satellite TV - everything you need to enjoy unforgettable days in Mallorca! In addition, its privileged location allows you to easily access all points of the island. In addition, the 10 x 5 m private swimming pool is the perfect place to relax or enjoy with the family. And if that wasn't enough, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, SMART-TV and WIFI. From the cosy living room you can enjoy spectacular views over the bay of Palma. Furthermore, the flat is divided into two floors and has two barbecues and several terraces, ideal to enjoy the good weather! It is located in a quiet area, only 15 minutes by car from Palma and 25 minutes from the best beaches. It is perfect for families or couples.
Moreover, it is perfectly equipped, it has 520 m2! On the upper floor, we are welcomed by a cosy living-dining room with views to the bay and a decorative fireplace that adds a touch of warmth. There is also a guest toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace and a winter barbecue.
In addition, we have two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a terrace of about 40 m2 with a large built-in wardrobe, and the second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, terrace, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

There is a three-sided pool table that converts into a ping-pong table, a professional table football, electronic darts, dartboards for children, various games (chess, Parcheesi, cards, poker, and more!), and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. You won't be short of anything! Furthermore, this cosy lounge leads out to the private swimming pool and gardens, where you can relax in the sun or enjoy a good book, music or a rest in the cotton hammocks. And on the terrace, you will find a summer barbecue that maintains the traditional Mallorcan charm.
And if you like sports, in the garden you will find a football goal and a basketball hoop. And best of all, the rooms and common areas are incredibly spacious!
