Beautiful villa in Sa Torre for 8 -10 people 300 square meters, distributed in 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with bunk beds), 3 bathrooms with baths, living room with Satellite TV and Internet access. Air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
In the exterior you can enjoy your pool 4x10, 8 hammocks for sunbathing, barbecue and ping-pong. In the vicinity is a supermarket about 1 kilometer and bar / restaurant and pharmacy. The nearest golf course is about 2 kilometers and the beach about 3 kilometers.

€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00   
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.   
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a fee of 0.25 € / kw. (145 kw/week includes- free)
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
