Newly furnished apartment in front of Poniente beach in Gijon. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
Parking space and wifi.
It has all the amenities. Hot water and central heating.
There is an underground parking right next to the building if more parking spaces were needed.
It is next to the Aquarium, 5 minutes from the thalassotherapy center and a 10-minute walk (or less) from the old town and areas of bars, restaurants and shops.
The nearest supermarket is 2 minutes walk.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
Pets not allowed.
Please, don't make loud noises after 11 pm
They are strictly forbidden parties and events (the apartment is surrounded by working families that deserve to rest. )
