Beautiful rustic house located in Llubí, with private pool, just 15 kilometers from one of the best beaches on the island, Playas de Muro. It is surrounded by nature, in a very quiet environment with total privacy, and its elevated location provides beautiful views of the Serra de Tramuntana (mountain range in the north of the island of Mallorca), recently declared a World Heritage Site for its great natural wealth. The house, decorated in rustic style and very cozy, consists of two floors, on the ground floor there is the dining room with office kitchen and a bathroom with shower, and, on the other hand, on the first floor you will find two bedrooms, nice and bright, one of them with a jacuzzi. The farm is surrounded by terraces where you can sunbathe, read or simply enjoy the tranquility of the area. As mentioned before, it is located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing. On the other hand, if you want to spend a vacation with children this is exactly what you are looking for, since it has a large plot of land with plants and trees that is completely private and far from large masses. It is located in a quiet area but very close to the most beautiful beaches on the island (about twenty minutes by car), Can Picafort and Alcúdia, surrounded by their kilometers of white sand and crystal clear waters. In addition, you can enjoy the best summer atmosphere in them, a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets. Another feature of the house is that it is environmentally friendly: the electricity system is solar powered and the water supply is also completely natural. All our houses are carefully cleaned so that our guests are protected against COVID.
