The villa is at the top of a hill in a privileged position which offers magnificent views over the beach and the town of Nerja and with a breathtaking panoramic of Frigliana and the mountains. It is located in a quite place over a beautiful olive grove. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and less than 10 minutes driving distance from Nerja.
The house is spread over 2 floors as follows:

Main Floor
-Living room with two double sofas, satellite TV, DVD, fireplace and free WiFi
-Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic hob and wash machine.
-1 bathroom with bathtub.
-2 twin bedrooms with air conditioning and heater.
-The large terrace at the entrance has a dining table for enjoying the spectacular views

Ground Floor (This part of the property is independent in case more privacy is needed)
-Large double bedroom.
-Pleasant living room with two double sofas.
-1 bathroom with a large shower.
-In this level there is a lovely covered terrace with dining table, chairs and BBQ.

Outside the house there is a large terrace with tropical plants, a private swimming pool (size 8x4 m) with sun loungers and a shower. As every part in this Villa, the views from the swimming pool are simply unbeatable.

The property offers two spacious parkings.

In July, August and September, departure day is Saturday.
