The apartment consists of 3 floors:
Floor 1. Are located 2 bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom.
2nd floor. A large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 toilet.
Floor 3: A glass room with terrace.

The housing is located on the street Santa Catarina, one of the most famous and cosmopolitan streets of Porto. The city center is nearby as well as metro stations, Trinidad and Marquis, the latter a 5 minute walk.

turistic tax- 2€/day /person- pay when arrived

The cancellation of the reservation, once processed the same result in the following costs:
4 weeks before arrival date 10% of the booking deposit.
Two weeks before the arrival date 50% of the booking deposit.
1 week prior to arrival 100% of the booking deposit.
