Rural house located in the term of Lezama, Ayala Valley. It is a place where you can disconnect from the worldly noise of big cities and at the same time be close to them; Vitoria-Gasteiz 25 minutes and Bilbao 25 minutes (Guggenheim, Euskalduna Palace, Fair of samples).
Lezama (Álava) is a rural enclave with scattered hamlets surrounded by forests of oaks, beech, pine trees that invite you to hiking, gathering wild fruits, mushroom season. It is very close to the natural park of Gorbea 10 minutes, Valderejo 30 minutes and places of great beauty such as Sierra Salvada, birth of the Nervión and waterfall of Gujuli. We have private parking, 12x7 pool, 36x18 tennis court and garden with barbecue.
