Ideally located right by the sea, it offers views of the ocean and the arrival and departure of boats at the Port of Los Cristianos. It is situated directly in front of the pedestrian promenade that runs along the southern beaches of the island.

At the front, there is an impressive sea view, and at the back, views of the mountains and Mount Teide.

The residential complex features large garden areas and two private-use swimming pools: a large adult pool (approximately 15 meters) and a smaller children's pool, both with gardens and showers. We will provide you with a key to access the pools.

The apartment and common areas are wheelchair-accessible and accessible for guests with reduced mobility. There are also charging areas for electric scooters.

High-speed Wi-Fi internet and a private parking space are included.

Several supermarkets are located nearby, and the bus station is just a 5-minute walk away.
