Just 500 metres from the beach, this lovely villa with a private 8x4m swimming pool with Roman steps, lawn area and covered parking is located. It has 500m2 of fully fenced land.

The house has a covered terrace next to the pool with direct access to the interior of the dwelling. Once inside, we find the spacious living-dining room with satellite TV. Next to the living room is the kitchen with an American bar, fully equipped with a vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

Continuing down the corridor is the first double bedroom with mosquito nets. Just opposite, a large bathroom with a bathtub.

To reach the second bedroom, you must go up to the upper floor, where we find a double bed with mosquito nets and access to a small terrace with views of the garden and pool. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower.



The beach is 500m away, bars/restaurants and supermarkets 500m, to the centre of Denia 4km

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
