On the estate there are two properties, the house'Lledoner 3' is a typical Majorcan country house distributed on one floor, consisting of a living room, kitchen open to the living room with dining area, two double bedrooms, with double bed and with bathroom en suite. Outside there is covered parking for 4 cars and an outdoor area for another 4 cars.
Both houses are equipped with Wifi internet, SAT TV, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, fans, board games, table tennis, table football, mobile barbecues x2 and outdoor kitchen with barbecue, Balinese beds, swings for children, hammock, 10 sunbeds ....
Ideal for families of friends who want to have privacy and at the same time enjoy evenings together. They can be rented together or separately. The owners of the house also live on the property, but the swimming pool and communal areas are for the exclusive use of guests only.
The beach of Porto Colom is only 15 minutes away by car approximately.
