Holiday home Casa Luna for maximum 12 people, on the beach of Portichol (La Barraca) in Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain. The classic and spacious villa is located on the rocky beach of La Barraca in Javea, 2nd line of the beach, one of the best places to spend your holiday, surrounded by nature, hills, pine trees, and the sound of the sea. The Bay of Portixol is a recognized nature reserve and popular for divers. The beach of La Barraca consists mostly of medium-sized pebble stones, mixed with sand and rocks at the end. This beach is very popular for diving and water sports and for many years it was an insider tip. Today, the beach is well-known, also due to the famous beach bar Cala Clemence, where the sundown parties take place in summer. The nearest supermarket and other shopping possibilities are about 5 minutes far away by car. It is about 10 minutes' drive to the sandy beach of El Arenal, the harbour or to the old town. For this accommodations it is highly recommended to have a car.


The house itself is an older building, consisting of 2 floors, and furnished in a rustic and traditional Spanish style. The bathrooms are renewed recently, also all windows. The main floor offers 5 bedrooms, one with 3 sleeps. Downstairs is another bedroom with 2 single beds, which is not much used because of its basic standard. However, The different terraces, partly covered or shaded invite you to relax or to eat outside. Therre is a brick built oven with firewood outside and addtionally a gas barbecue. There is air conditioning in the 5 bedrooms upstairs.
