· The entrance time to the apartment is from 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., it will be possible to enter before 4:00 p.m. if availability allows it.

· Arrivals past 7:00 p.m. will have a supplement of € 35.

· Arrivals past 10:00 pm will have a supplement of € 50

· Guests over 16 must pay the tourist fee of € 1.10 per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights, upon arrival.

· It will be mandatory to present an official identification document of all the people staying in the apartment.

· It is obligatory to respect the night rest from 00: 00h at night until 8: 00h in the morning. No activities that cause noise of any kind should be carried out within these hours.
