Charming holiday villa in the heart of nature, just a step away from the beach, with a private pool flanked by a row of comfortable sun loungers, a large garden with a reading corner in the shade of a tree, outdoor dining on the covered porch, a coffee corner in front of the pool, a traditional Mallorcan well in the courtyard, a second outdoor dining area beautifully adorned with an old cart wheel and a magnificent barbecue.



The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young people under 30 years old. Except for families with children.



The holiday villa has a spacious, fully equipped independent kitchen that is very bright and leads to a beautiful and spacious living room with a dining area and television zone with comfortable sofas, from which you can access the lovely covered outdoor terrace with an outdoor dining area and a patio with garden and swimming pool.



Facing us, we find a colourful single bedroom and a twin room with two comfortable beds, which share a spectacular family bathroom with a shower cabin with a screen and a beautiful classic-style bathtub with legs and floor-mounted taps. To the left and with direct access to the pool and the coffee and reading corner in the garden, is the spacious main double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower divided by a glass block wall.



The chalet has a spacious car park for several vehicles and WiFi.



IMPORTANT:



- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

- In Mallorca, especially in rural areas or near nature, the presence of insects such as mosquitoes, ants or wasps is common. This is a natural and common phenomenon on the island.
