Apartamento de 60 metros cuadrados situado a la segunda planta del edificio.

Dispone de dos balcones, un orientado en Noroeste y el otro en Sureste. Está distribuidos con dos habitaciones, una de matrimonio y el otro doble, cocina con barra americana, lavabo con ducha y comedor equipado con televisión de pantalla plana, satélite y un sofá-cama para dos niños o un adulto.

Dispone de una cama de matrimonio en una habitación y dos camas individuales al otro, así como un sofá-cama en el comedor.

The minimum stay, outside high season, is 2 nights. Prices are for the entire accommodation, regardless of the number of people staying. Reduced rates from 7 nights onwards.

Prices do not include the tourist tax. This tax must be paid by means of a payment link that we will send you before your arrival.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the prices and are not obligatory, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen. If you wish, they are available for rent upon reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance).

Price of bed linen rental: 10€ per bed.
Towel rental (one hand towel and one bath towel): 5€ per person.
Cot rental price: Subject to availability. Free of charge.
