Detached villa located in the upper part of the town, at the foot of the Sierra Almijara Natural Park, facing south and overlooking the sea and the town. It has a private pool, large terrace with gas plancha. The house has an extension of 160m2 + 60m2 of covered and open terrace. The whole house is on one floor. The house has efficient facilities, so that your stay is pleasant and comforting. It has 5 bedrooms, three of them with double beds and two with 2 single beds each. Two of the rooms have an in-suite bathroom, apart from there is one more bathroom and a toilet. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. The house also has central heating for the winter and the possibility of heating the pool. The costs of heating the pool and/or heating are not included in the rates of the house, the client must pay them separately at a rate of €20 per day for each of these services.
