This two-storey, comfortable holiday home in Els Poblets, Denia is located in a quiet and enclosed residential area with communal pool. The condominium is completely fenced and for each house is a private and covered parking available. The famous beach Almadrava, Els Poblets can be reached in about 5 minutes walk, the nearest supermarket and various bars and restaurants can be reached in just 5 minutes by car and the center of Denia in about 15 minutes by car. The row house is comfortably furnished and offers a small private garden with dining area, 2 sun beds, sunblinds and transportable barbecue grill. This home is ideal for those summer tourists that want to enjoy the beach and pool, but also offers electric heating and a wood stove for warmth in the cooler seasons.

Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 500,00 is required. The keys will be picked up at our office in La Marina de Denia.
