Beautiful holiday villa for up to 4 people, situated in Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain. This holiday villa on two floors, with private, large pool is ideal for family holidays. When the villa is rented for 4 people only, the upper floor will be closed and empty. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, palm trees and flowering plants, the pool terrace with a gas barbecue, offers seating under a covered terrace or under the grapevine covered gazebo, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Another outside dining area is ideal for breakfast in the shadow on hot summer days. The plane, totally fenced property, offers great privacy and is ideal for children to play. Each bedroom has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The sandy beach of Las Marinetas can be reached in just 5 minutes drive by car, as well the town-centre of Denia with its many shops, restaurants and bars.
