It is a 100 m2 apartment with a great historic value, catalogued by the UNESCO as Artistic Heritage of the XVth century Catalan Gothic style and where the famous writer Miguel de Cervantes lived for some time during his stay in the city.

It was completely reformed and has been turned into a luminous duplex conserving the old stone walls and arches giving the space a special charm.

On the main floor there is a double room with private toilette with shower, a bathroom with bathtub, a full equipped kitchen (electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) and a dinning - living room. It is also provided with a semi independent space next to the living-room separated by the arch and thick curtains where an extra guest can sleep in a comfortable sofa-bed. On the upper level there is the the main double-bedroom.

Documentation
In order to comply with the law, a copy of IDs or passports of all adult guests will be requested prior to arrival.

Tourist Tax
All guests over 16 years of age must pay a local tourist tax of 6,25€ per person per night, for the first 7 nights. This fee will be charged in cash on arrival at the flat.
