2 bedroom apartment very bright, recently renovated, equipped with elevator and WIFI (free) in the historic center of Santiago de Compostela about 150 meters from the Cathedral (about 3 minutes walk). The maximum occupancy is 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped (with induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, sandwich maker, blender, toaster, cleaning kit and complete utensils), bathroom with shower (including towels, hair dryer, soap and gel). We have a cot and high chair upon request. The furniture is new and the decoration is careful giving the accommodation a modern and functional air but respecting the traditional architectural elements. The house has a garden in which each apartment has a private terrace isolated with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a well-deserved outdoor rest. It has individual heating and fire prevention system.
The building is located in a quiet street with very little traffic in the old area, free of pubs and discos. The car arrives at the same door and can be parked in the surroundings although at 20 m. there is a public parking lot with cafeteria and a tourist office. From this apartment you can see the towers of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela .. It is one step away from all the necessary services (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, etc.). About 50 meters away we find the Convent of San Francisco, the Auditorium of Galicia and the Museum of Natural Sciences, all surrounded by stunning gardens and a pond with ducks and geese that delight children. In its rehabilitation, the soundproofing, air conditioning and accessibility of the units has been optimized to offer the client top quality facilities.
