The distances can be traveled on foot, there is no need to use the vehicle while staying in this villa. It has a very good location for transport, 40 km. from Barcelona and 35 km away. of Gerona and the Costa Brava. The trains leave for the center of Barcelona every 25 minutes. The Barcelona and Gerona airports are approximately 50 minutes away by car.
The villa has four bedrooms in separate rooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, large living room, kitchen. It has two terraces with fantastic views, and is fully furnished.
Two of the bathrooms have large bathtubs, and one of the toilets with shower. Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender. heating, TV, DVD, ping-pong, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, and free wifi in all the accommodation. Garage with capacity for 2-3 cars, pantry, iron room, and laundry.
The property is accessed through a main entrance leading to a spacious living room with access to the terrace where you can see the sea. On the same level the fully equipped kitchen with access to the same terrace. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe.
The master suite and another room with double bed, have access to the upper terrace with incredible views. There are 3 rooms with double beds and a room with a double bed and another single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. There is a fifth bedroom, very small, with an armchair folding bed. Total capacity for 10 people. There is also an extra inflatable double bed.
In the exterior of the house there is an area of about 400 m2 approx. of pine trees, as if it were a small forest, with a large original table, and barbecue to enjoy some evenings of rest and relaxation, both day and night.
It has a rectangular pool of 7x3 m2. approximately, and with ample solarium spaces for the sunbeds, both in the pool area, as in another area with artificial turf, which is also worth to lie down with the beach towels.
