Inside of this second floor apartment without elevator, you will find a large living-dining room, with air conditioning, where you can relax watching satellite TV or reading an interesting book. The kitchen features induction cooktop, oven and everything necessary to cook as if you were doing so at home. The laundry area has washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two dormitories, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds and wardrobe. There is also availability for a cot and a high chair. Finally, the house has a bathroom with shower.

This fantastic apartment is located in a privileged area since you only have to go downstairs to enjoy its breathtaking beach. Moreover, it puts at your reach, on foot, all the essential services for a pleasant holiday, such as bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc. We suggest you visiting the center of Alcúdia with its mythical Roman ruins and its market on Tuesdays and Sundays.
