The apartment has an area of ​​100 m2, with a distribution that makes it ideal for families and groups up to 6 people. It is completely renovated taking care of qualities.
It is on the 1st floor with elevator. It is outside and is located in a quiet semi-pedestrian street.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and 2 single beds. A large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. They can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to a sofa bed in the living room. There is also a cot for babies.
The apartment has WIFI, Air Conditioning and Heating.
