The house (300 m2) is surrounded by a large garden and an extension of fruit trees, has large open terraces and a covered terrace of 110 m2 fully equipped with the necessary amenities to enjoy the dreamy and peaceful surroundings. The ground floor has a very spacious living room and dining room both with fireplace, another dining room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with top quality elements, a bathroom, a toilet and laundry area. The upper part has two rooms with bathroom en suite and two other rooms with a large bathroom and a reading distributor. It is worth noting the perfect state in which the whole house and its facilities are, being the same of first quality and having the maximum comforts.
Due to the enclave of the farm there are numerous leisure possibilities, within a radius of 10 km. There are several golf courses, trails for hikers and routes for cyclists as well as a fantastic connection with the whole island that will allow you to know the beaches and coves of Mallorca.
In the town of Santa María there is a large selection of restaurants, terraces and bars with various gastronomic possibilities including traditional Majorcan food. Once a week, on Sunday, a market with all kinds of traditional products is held. Due to the enclave of the farm there is the possibility of visiting other local markets of neighboring towns.
It is a wine region, DO Binissalem, is a designation of origin that makes up 5 municipalities among which is Santa María del Camí and where you can visit wineries such as Maciá Batle and José Luís Ferrer in Binissalem, among many others.
