This beautiful and bright apartment is located in a building that has been in my family for several generations. It has been completely renovated in the year 2015. It is located in the heart of the city of Barcelona, ​​in Plaza Urquinaona 5 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, the heart of the city.

Entering the apartment, we find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob to cook comfortably, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils for cooking just like you would at home .
The dining room located in a beautiful independent living, has a modern and comprehensive table that seats 6 people.
From the dining room through a beautiful stained glass window, we enter a spacious lounge where you can relax after an exhausting day, it has two comfortable armchairs and a sofa bed with double mattress quality. For those moments of entertainment features a 37 "TV with satellite connection to enjoy a variety of channels.
The apartment has two suites, with an in-room bathroom. The first, which is accessed from the dining room has two single beds and a large closet where you can store all luggage without problem.
The main room with balcony, which is accessed from the lounge has a comfortable double bed large and large closet to store everything you need.
The two bathrooms have a shower and the master bedroom has bidet.
HOUSE'S RULES:
- It will not be possible to accommodate more guests than indicated when confirming the reservation.
- Respect the content and continent of the apartment.
- You must keep clean and respect all the elements of the common areas. In this sense, will ensure close the door gateway to the streets in their exits and entrances, as well as the elevator doors closed once it has been used.
- Respect the maximum capacity of people established for the elevator.
- Respect the neighbors. Do not make loud noises that may bother from 10pm until 8am.
- It is not allowed to hang towels on the balconies.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Drugs are not allowed.
- All equipment and machines in the apartment must function properly. If not, I will do my best to fix it urgently. But no refund will be issued.
- Failure to comply with these rules of coexistence that results in damage or harm to the community or to housing will imply total loss of the amount deposited as a deposit.
- An extra € 20 will be charged for a check-in after 22:00 and € 40 for check-in after 00:00, which will be paid in cash upon delivery of keys.

PRACTICAL TIPS
Close the apartment door with a key every time you go out to visit the city. To close the apartment door securely, turn the key clockwise twice.
