Located near the town square, just in front of the 'Serra de Tramuntana' mountain range; The house has beautiful views of the plains of most of the island. Can Rafael is the ideal starting point for excursions by car or long walks to discover the surroundings of Selva and the Sierra mountains. Can Rafael is a typical Mallorcan village house with a living area of approx. 250 square meters with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace, a study and a large well-equipped kitchen. Please, note that the garage at the house is no longer available. There is central heating for the colder months and air conditioning on the first floor. It is decorated in a typical Mallorcan style.

Bed linen is supplied weekly for stays longer than 7 days. The house is cleaned before arrival. If you need a cleaning during your stay it can be obtained for an additional cost.

There is a large terrace, with beautiful views, around the pool. The pool is 4.5 x 8m. and 1.80 x 2.10m deep. There is a porch and the necessary furniture to dine outside. There are also sun loungers, outdoor lights and pool lights.
