Villa Sa Font is a beautiful property located in one of the most beautiful places in the north of Mallorca, the area of ​​Sa Font in Pollença. The house has been integrated into a garden with private pool and beautiful views of the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. With its 250m2 and 5 bedrooms, Sa Font welcomes up to 10 guests. The property has all kinds of comforts and a spirit of modernity while preserving the original beauty of a country house, with its tiled floors, wooden furniture and exposed beams on the ceilings. In short, the ideal choice for a pleasant holiday with your family or group of friends enjoying the beauty of the island.



Distribution:

The property has two houses. The main building has two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace as well as a living room with a large table, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is the main room with a double bed and terrace with views of the mountains. Two other rooms and a bathroom complete the floor.

The second building, next to the pool, houses a perfectly equipped kitchen, has a dining table for 10 people. On one side we find a complete bathroom.

The pool, surrounded by sun loungers, has beautiful views of the lower garden and a large barbecue with a table for 10 people and umbrellas.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is 0.25 €/Kw - to be paid on departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
