House with a private pool and beautiful sea views located in a very quiet residential area, just 5 km from the lovely and peaceful Canyelles beach, 6 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Outdoor area of 700 m2 with a private pool (8x4m) and a barbecue area where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals with beautiful sea views.

Interior area of 200 m2 built on two floors: Lower floor with living-dining room with satellite TV from where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the mountain, open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven), one single bedroom (90 x 190 bed) and a toilet. On the upper floor we find 1 double bedroom (150x190cm), 3 bedrooms with beds each (90x190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

Optional heating with supplement: (100 €/week).

Parking.



- Pets upon request and with a supplement of £35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later by bank transfer.



- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and

8 euros/person/towels.



- WiFi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to be paid at destination



- Heating: 22 pounds/day



- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair



Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and lovely beaches.



Group bookings for young people accepted only upon prior request.



Regulations and special deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.



Check-in and check-out



The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
