The Location (Pueblo Nuevo Neighbourhood)
The apartment is located on Gutierre de Cetina street, in the Ciudad Lineal district. It is a truly authentic neighbourhood, safe, family-friendly, and full of life.
Services: You have supermarkets (Día, Mercadona), pharmacies, greengrocers and bakeries within a 2-minute walk.
Attention: You are very close to Calle Alcalá, one of the longest commercial arteries in Madrid, full of fashion shops (Zara, Mango) and restaurants.
How to get around
The location is strategic for moving around Madrid without a car:
Metro: The Ascao station (Line 7) is just a few metres away (3 min walking). It takes you directly to Metropolitano Stadium or quickly connects with Avenida de América (interchange).
At the Centre: Connecting with line 2 or 5, you will be at Puerta del Sol or Gran Vía in about 25-30 minutes.
Car: If you come by car, this area has the advantage that street parking is regulated (SER), but it is usually easier to park than in the historic centre.
