The dining room is spacious and bright, with a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing or sharing moments together, and it integrates with an open, practical and quite complete kitchen, equipped for everyday life.



It also has a spacious and functional bathroom with a large shower. The property is well laid out, is cool and comfortable, and offers everything necessary for a relaxed and uncomplicated stay.



Additional information about our accommodations:



- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.



- In the event of loss of keys, pool cards or garage remote control (if applicable), we will charge a surcharge in accordance with the replacement cost.



- The door opening service during the stay will incur a surcharge (in the event of improper use of the keys).



- In the event that we incur a locksmith expense due to misuse of the keys, the guest will be fully responsible for the cost of this service.



- Extra textiles and cleaning during the stay must be requested in advance, subject to availability, and will incur an additional charge.



- Extra services of EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT must be previously requested and await availability confirmation. In the event that an extra service is paid by card without first being consulted with our staff and there is no availability for it, the refund will be partial depending on the bank commission.
