This spacious and elegant traditional house offers a unique setting for groups of up to ten people, combining the charm of Córdoba’s traditional architecture with a modern design and all the amenities required for an exceptional stay.

Distributed over several floors, the property features five bedrooms, each equipped with two joined 90 × 200 cm beds, built-in wardrobes and split air conditioning, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Three of the bedrooms face the exterior, while two overlook the interior courtyard, creating a bright and peaceful atmosphere throughout the house.

The house offers a cozy main living room, a spacious dining area with a table for ten guests and a fireplace, a second lounge designed for rest and relaxation, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, designed to provide maximum comfort during the stay.

The property includes a Smart TV, high-speed internet, and a baby cot and high chair available upon request.

The house has stairs and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
