On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, and a spacious open-plan living area combining the lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, there is direct access to the outdoor terrace, where the swimming pool is located—ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.



On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. This floor also features two bathrooms, one of them en suite in one of the double bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes.



Son Joan Jaume Ros is a 100% self-sufficient property, powered by solar energy stored in batteries, and offers high-speed internet via residential Starlink, making it ideal for both leisure stays and remote work.
