About This Property
The apartment is located on the third floor of an emblematic building from the early twentieth century without elevator. The central Alhóndiga street is full of life and shops during the day but quiet and silent at night. Totally pedestrian, it has however multiple parking areas close to the building.
Recently renovated respecting the original elements of the building: hydraulic tile floors, high ceilings, wooden beams and exposed brick walls. It consists of a bright and spacious living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is composed of a bunk bed, with a double bed below and a single bed above. The open living room has 3 large windows that fill the house with light and offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, where it is easy to feel always comfortable.
The Magdalena neighborhood is located in the heart of Granada, providing easy access to many of the city’s main points of interest. From here, you can easily walk to the Cathedral of Granada, the Royal Chapel and Plaza Nueva, which is the perfect starting point for exploring the Albaicín, the Realejo and the Sacromonte. At the beginning of the street where the apartment is located is the stop of the tourist train that runs through the most emblematic places in the city in a comfortable and entertaining way.
The atmosphere in Calle Alhóndiga is vibrant and authentic, with a mix of locals and tourists enjoying urban life. Cobbled streets and historic buildings create a charming and picturesque setting. Despite being in the center, the area retains a quiet and cozy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration.
The area is well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. There is a supermarket just down the street, about 60 metres from the apartment. In addition, there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes in the surrounding squares and streets, offering a wide range of dining options. Here, you can enjoy the famous gastronomy of Granada and enjoy the tradition of tapas, where with each drink is served a free meal.
The strategic location of our accommodation makes it possible to reach all the city’s points of interest in less than 10 minutes. One of the charms of Granada is to get lost walking through its streets and thanks to the location of the apartment you can do it without having to take public transport or car.
