Tourist tax: €2.20 per adult per day (applies only to the first 7 days)


Low season monthly stays (October to April): Provision of €800/month for utilities (water, electricity, gas) based on actual consumption.


Low season weekly stays (October to April): Heating supplement: €300/week


Monthly stays:Price: €1,000/month (€600 base + €400 electricity, based on actual consumption)
