It is situated 50 m from the sandy beach, 100 m from restaurants, 150 m from the supermarket, 9 km from the water park “Aquabrava”, 16 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona airport. It is located in a lively area next to the sea.



It features a lift, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet access (wifi), heating via heat pump, air conditioning only in the living room and television.



The open-plan ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
